By signing up and posting on ZeroZaku(ZZ), you have agreed to the following list of rules. These rules apply to all of ZeroZaku and its subforums unless otherwise stated in order to keep the site pleasant for all ages.

If you feel you have been punished unfairly, please contact any staff member.

1. Site Disruptions
Attempts to disrupt the normal activities of our forums are prohibited. These include, but are not limited to, disregarding site staff, irrelevant posts, pushing threads severely off topic, registering multiple usernames, ban evasion, and advertising. Users are prohibited from promoting or using any adult material, malware, or unsolicited email. Users are prohibited from posting works that violate the intellectual property rights of a 3rd party.

2. Dispute Procedures
Members may report material which they believe violates our site rules by clicking the report button beside the offending content. Members are discouraged from exaggerating reports for moderators to appropriately respond. Excessive reporting may, however, be deemed as a disruption. Members may also challenge the actions of moderators by using the report feature or—in extreme cases—contact the owner of Zerozaku. Members, however, are prohibited from discussing management and moderation of Zerozaku.

A warning will be distributed for the user's first offense. Extended punishments will be given with repeated disruptions.

3. Member Account Security
Members are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality and are solely responsible to Zerozaku for all activities. Members are advised to exercise caution when disclosing your personal or professional thoughts and/or information. Unauthorized account access is prohibited.

4. Moderator Rights
The moderating team is selected at the discretion of the owner of Zerozaku. Moderators handle disputes and enforce the site rules. Moderators may modify or delete posts in violation of site rules as well as issue infraction points to registered users that violate site rules. Accumulation of enough infraction points may result in a member’s automatic ban.

5. Owner Rights
The owner of this website serves as an administrator and the final decision-maker on all issues. His authority is not constrained by these rules, although his primary concern is the overall interest of this website and its members.

6. Applicable Law
You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated, or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where Zerozaku is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.

7. Disclaimer of Liability
As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, Zerozaku shall not be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

All material on ZeroZaku is believed to be original to the owners of this website, and may not be taken for use without the expressed written permission of the owner, and a link back to ZeroZaku.

8. Jurisdiction & Amendments
These rules can and will be implemented site-wide throughout our forums. These rules are subject to change at any time at the discretion of the site owner and without prior notification to users. Users are responsible for returning to this site to review site rules.

By not agreeing to these terms, you can not threaten ZeroZaku or any company hosting and storing any files related with ZeroZaku with legal action. You also may not prosecute any person(s) affiliated with ZeroZaku including, but not limited to, family, friends or individuals who maintain or visit this website. We are not responsible for the actions of our members anywhere outside of zerozaku.com.
